I don’t just blog adventures, I also write fiction!

I’ve been writing for me as far back as I can remember. I love books and movies and the stories they tell. I love how a simple story can change a real life.

I graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2010. I have a B.S. in Zoology and a minor in Creative Writing. For my graduating honors thesis I wrote the first half of my adult fiction novel Pack, and while I have yet to finish it, (or even have a concrete plan for finishing it) that project reinforced my life-long dream of being an author.

I intended to finish my YA Fantasy novel first, but I never managed to while having four kids…yet somehow, ‘Twas Halloween Night appeared and was finished first.

I love my family. I love every minute of being with my four kids. We also have a crazy malamute, a cat who barks at things out the window, a Guinea pig, a rat, and 2 hermit crabs.
